My name is Ilia and I’m a travel photographer. I’ve been an avid backpacker and hiker for the majority of my life.
Traveling is my passion. I love traveling off the beaten path, meeting people, sharing meals with them, and snapping few photos in attempt to capture a glimpse of their culture and surroundings.
Friends often ask me what my favorite place is on this planet. My answer is simple: everywhere that I can find peace and kindness.
Waking up every morning is already a miracle, and death is part of our everyday life. But where is death, there is life also. To travel and to find a small piece of happiness out in the world is one of the reasons I live my life.
